  • Product identifiers for items purchased

  • Transaction confirmation data required to unlock purchased content

  • User ID associated with the Meta account used to complete the purchase

We do not collect or access any other Meta Horizon User Data or Device User Data.

We do not collect personal identifiers, location data, friend lists, profile information, or device‑level data.

2. How We Use This Information

We use IAP‑related data solely for:

  • Processing and validating in‑app purchases

  • Unlocking and granting access to purchased digital content

  • Restoring previously purchased items

  • Preventing fraudulent transactions

We do not use this data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

The only parties that may process your data are:

  • Meta, which provides the IAP system

  • Earthborn Interactive, LLC, as the data controller responsible for delivering purchased content

We do not share IAP data with advertisers, analytics providers, or external partners.

We retain purchase‑related data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide access to purchased content

  • Maintain accurate purchase history

  • Comply with financial, tax, or legal obligations

If you request deletion of your data, we will remove all information not legally required to be retained.
